I am a Doctoral Researcher at Aalto University in the Computational Systems Biology group, where I work with Prof. Harri Lähdesmäki and Julien Martinelli on probabilistic machine learning, Bayesian optimization, and generative modeling for scientific optimization and discovery tasks.
My recent research focuses on time-aware latent space Bayesian optimization, in-context learning, prior-fitted networks, and generative modeling for scientific design problems.
